  1. All product pictures, info and articles in this blog shop are owned by Ladyra/Ladyra Style/Ladyrania.
  2. No other parties are allowed to make any copy or publish without permission by administration.



Management
  1. Admin has right to change all info in this online boutique (blog shop) including price, details, pictures and etc. without prior notice.
  2. The content of this online boutique (blog shop) may consists of two languages which are Malay and English. Feel free to use either language.


Business Hours
  1. Our business hours start from 9a.m. to 5p.m, Monday to Saturday.
  2. Purchase order that we received later than our business hour will be processed the next working days.


Item(s) and Purchase
  1. All product price shown in this online boutique (blog shop) are fixed.
  2. All orders must come with proof of payment in order to be processed and delivered. Payment without any proof will be ignored. 
  3. After your purchase and payment successfully received, packing process and courier will be carried out within 3 days of working days. Process of delivery will be scheduled twice a week. Please refer here to view delivery schedule.
  4. We are not being responsible on any problem comes from courier (Poslaju National Courier) handling. 
  5. Every purchase must come with single total payment. No payment by installment is allowed. 
  6. Invoice being issued is for reservation purpose. If payment is not received within 2 days of working days, order considered as cancelled. You must renew your order by completing the order form again to continue shopping with Ladyra Style online boutique (blog shop).


Return Policy
  1. Any purchase done cannot be refunded once payment has been made except the issue and mishandling comes from Ladyra Style management.
  2. Request to change product once courier has been made is strictly not allowed.
  3. Strictly no exchange due to size is allowed. Please check the size given for each product.
